In reply to Sara Eastway. so glad your read and enjoyed this Sara. The Fitness for Seniors is very much easier and dare I say it, more appropriate. The PE is getting very demanding, I suppose because after five weeks the youngsters really are improving. The postman every morning no very studiously averts his eyes. How are things in Australia?

Derek and Jenny, how lovely to hear from you! I was just thinking about you both the other day, and wondering how you were. Do hope you are coping well under lockdown – no lovely holidays this summer! They are very strange times, and worrying.
